Que. How to book a ride?
Ans : It is very easy to book a ride. Just download the iRover App from playstore. Follow the steps to Sign Up and book a ride from Mumbai Airport to any location in Pune, or from any location in Pune to Mumbai Airport. We have upfront pricing which has to be paid at the time of booking. Pay nothing extra for tolls! Travel hassle free and luxuriously at lowest cost possible.
Que. How do I get a cab at Mumbai Airport?
Ans : Pre book a ride from Mumbai Airport, so that when you arrive, you do not have to go through the process of booking a ride, and we can have a car ready to serve you! Once you land at the Airport and are ready to leave, just go to Trips, select the booking you have made, and tap on the Avail Now button, to take your ride. You can make use of the Avail Now tab until 3 hours from your time of arrival, entered at the time of booking. If for some reason, you do not take the ride even within the 3 hours after arrival time, the ride will be marked as Missed, and no refunds will be made.
Que. Why do I have to pre book a ride, inspite of avail now being a compulsory thing to avail a ride from Mumbai Airport?
Ans : Pre book a ride from Mumbai Airport, so that when you arrive, you do not have to go through the process of booking a ride, and making a payment. Also, we can have a car waiting & ready to serve you!
Que. How do I cancel or modify a booked ride?
Ans : You can cancel or modify your booked ride upto a maximum of 4 hours before your pick up time. Go to Trips, select the booking you need to cancel or modify. To cancel a ride, tap on Cancel, confirm if you really want to cancel your ride, and you are done! You will get a complete refund of your payment, excluding the Payment Handling Charges in your account, which was used to make the booking. In case of modification of ride, you can only modify the date & time of your travel. No extra charges are made in case of a modification.
Que. What if I have made a reservation in advance and the flight gets delayed/cancelled?
Ans : You can cancel/modify your booked ride upto a maximum of 4 hours before your pick up time. The terms & conditions for cancel/modify a ride apply.
Que. What if I reach the Airport later than the drop time suggested by the system?
Ans : We will do our best to ensure this timeline is maintained at all times, barring unavoidable circumstances.
Que. What if my cab does not show up till the given pickup time?
Ans : We do ensure that such a situation does not arise. You can always expect your ride at the scheduled pick up time, with a time window of 20 mins, within which your car will be at your pick up location. In case such a situation does arise, where you cannot find your ride at the scheduled time, you can always chat with us directly, via the app, with our 24*7 customer service.
Que. What if my cab does not show up at all?
Ans : We do ensure that such a situation does not happen. If at all, a situation arises where we are unable to provide a car for you until 1.5 hours prior to your scheduled pick up time, you will be informed about the same and a refund of your fare will be initiated.
Que. What if my cab breaks down mid way and I have a flight to catch?
Ans : We ensure that you do not miss your flight on account of our service. In case the car does break down, you have to do nothing! We keep emergency cars ready for such situations, which will be there within the minimum time possible, to take you forward with your journey! You will get a notification of the emergency car details along with the driver details.
Que. I have a promo code. How do I use it?
Ans : While booking your ride, in Plan Your Travel page, you will see a tab with Promo written on it. You can enter the Promo section to avail any existing promotional offers.
Que. Do we need to pay for tolls or anything else during my trip?
Ans : We take pride in giving upfront and transparent pricing to our customers, unlike any other service. The unbelievably low cost you pay for booking a sedan car is the full and final price you pay, inclusive of all tolls and taxes. You do not have to pay any money to the driver during the course of your journey for tolls and taxes.
Que. Can I Take a detour while I am on trip?
Ans : All you have to do is enter your pick up point and drop point,complete the booking and sit back and relax! The route is optimised and pre-decided by the system, so that you do not have to travel an extra distance or for a longer time, and hence, taking a detour is not an option.
